Our Training

Little Grapplers

Our Little Grapplers program is built the same way we would teach our own kids — because that’s exactly where it came from.

We use games, tumbling, and simple wrestling movements to develop coordination, balance, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

There’s no pressure and no ego — just movement, laughter, and learning how to use their bodies safely.

Every class is designed to build strong foundations while helping kids become more independent, focused, and comfortable in themselves.

Kids Grappling/Jiu-Jitsu

Our Kids Grappling program blends Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with wrestling, games, and athletic development to create capable, confident young people.

We don’t just teach techniques — we teach how to move, think, and stay composed under pressure. Classes are structured, challenging, and supportive, helping kids develop real skill while building discipline, resilience, and self-belief.

This is the same program we hold our own children to — with high standards, strong coaching, and a focus on long-term growth both on and off the mats.

Grappling/Jiu-Jitsu

Our Jiu-Jitsu is built on old-school principles — pressure, control, and efficiency that works in the gi, no-gi, competition, and MMA.

We don’t just teach isolated techniques; we teach how to grapple as a complete system, from standing exchanges through to dominant positions and submissions on the ground. This is the art that proved a smaller, skilled person can overcome a larger opponent — and we stay true to that.

We focus on honest training, real effectiveness, and developing practitioners who can apply their skills under pressure, not just perform moves in practice.

Mixed Martial Arts

Our MMA program is designed for one purpose — being capable and effective.

We combine striking, wrestling, and grappling into a complete system, taught in a structured and progressive way.

Whether you’re starting from zero or looking to compete, you’ll build the skills, conditioning, and composure needed for real competition.

For those who want to test themselves, we provide a clear pathway into fight camp — backed by a team that trains hard, supports each other, and prepares properly.
